ST3N Tapping Head

ST3N tapping spindle unit is designed with lead screw transmission and supported automatic thread cutting and float tap chuck. The maximum tapping capacity is M45 (S45C).

． Standard 3-phase AC motor 2.2kW is included, optional maximum power up to 3.7kW
． Belt driven at fixed speed and incorporate a timing or V belt
． Spindle taper MT4, NT40, FB25 and AS36 are available
． Available for servo driven at variable speeds
． OMRON proximity switch sensors and stand are furnished
． AC Induction Motor protection IP 54
． Gearbox motor is available upon request
